A local team, working where we live

HFC Clearance is run by Guy and Bobby — a small, hands-on team based in the Midlands. We're not a national franchise. We're local people, doing local work, properly.

We started HFC because we kept seeing two kinds of clearance company: the big national chains who treat every job the same, and the cowboys who undercut on price, fly-tip the waste, and leave the customer with the legal headache.

We do something different. We turn up when we say we will, we tell you what things actually cost, and we leave a property properly tidy at the end. We're fully insured, our waste goes through licensed routes, and we provide waste transfer notes on every job — no exceptions.

What we believe

Reuse first, recycle second, tip last. Up to 95% of what we remove from a property is reused, donated, or recycled. Furniture goes to local charities and reuse schemes wherever it can. Materials go through licensed recycling. Only the genuinely unusable ends up as general waste.

Honest pricing. Everything fixed in writing before we start. No meter running on the day, no surprise add-ons. We publish our prices because we think customers should know what to expect before they ring.

Respectful work. Especially with probate. We move at the family's pace, set aside anything you want kept, and treat every property like the home someone lived in — because it was.
